I've had this before and it's excellent. So easy for a Christmas morning. It's even better with cream cheese added to it. Thanks, Grace!

What is the taste of the eggs added, sweet, a little sweet, or a little plain? Beat the eggs first before mixing? It sounds easy to make.

This is a great - very easy recipe. As for the eggs, I don't think they're sweet. The sugar adds the sweetness, but you can adjust the amount to your taste. You put all the ingredients (except for the bread) together in one bowl and then whisk together. before pouring over the bread.
